This week – in partnership with The Women Take Over – we spotlight Meredith Walker, Smart Girl producer, former SNL staffer and all around dynamite lady. She tells us her most most mindful Lean In moment was overcoming her own self-doubt when she was asked to speak at a large conference. “I felt the fear and did it anyway,” she says. “Sometimes people approach me after a talk to let me know it helped them feel more comfortable in their own skin, and I know I leaned in the right direction.”
